Grades and specification

One paste. Our recipe, or yours.

A culinary base, a turmeric-latte concentrate, or your own formulation packed under your label. The figures that matter are the turmeric loading, the preservation system and the paperwork behind them.

The turmeric that goes into the paste is tested against your market's residue limits, and the finished batch is tested again before it ships.
Documents that travel with it
Certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, allergen declaration, ingredient and additive declaration, HACCP certificate, the process filing where the recipe is acidified, packing list, commercial invoice.

These are reference ranges, not a Vistarah specification. They are typical of export-grade Indian turmeric, shown so you can place your requirement. Your confirmed figures are agreed on enquiry and stated on the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Quality and compliance

Four steps between the field and your jar.

Each one is documented, and the last one is done by somebody who does not work for us.
  1. Partner processing facility

    Turmeric sourced and milled

Turmeric from the verified growing regions is cleaned and milled to a fine, even base. Multi-region sourcing keeps the colour and flavour steady across seasons.

  2. Partner processing facility

    Blended to the recipe

The turmeric base is blended with oil, spices and — where the recipe calls for it — an acidulant, under controlled temperature and time, against a written batch record.

  3. Partner processing facility

    Hot-filled and sealed

Filled hot and sealed, then held to a validated heat or acidification process at the partner facility. Tamper-evident closures; headspace and fill weight checked on the line.

  4. Independent testing lab

    Independently tested

Every batch goes to an independent accredited laboratory for pH, water activity, microbiology, heavy metals and pesticide residues. That certificate of analysis travels with the pallet.

Tested on every batch

  • Turmeric content
  • Colour
  • pH
  • Water activity
  • Moisture
  • Microbiology
  • Heavy metals
  • Pesticide residues
  • Net weight / fill

Where testing happens

Every batch is tested by independent, NABL-accredited third-party laboratories — not an in-house bench. On buyer request, testing is placed with an internationally recognised name. The laboratory is named on the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Recognised inspection bodies buyers ask for, by name:

The set is complete before the container moves, not chased after it has.

A blended food ships on a partner processor's food-safety credentials — a HACCP certificate, and the acidified-foods process filing where the recipe is acidified. We confirm the specific position for your market, and the paperwork behind it, on enquiry.
