The rhizome is tested against your market's residue limits before distillation, and lipophilic residues that could carry into the oil are screened on the finished oil as well.

    Rhizome sourced and selected

    Cured rhizome is selected at the growing region for oil content, then cleaned and size-reduced for the still. Multi-region sourcing keeps the turmerone profile steady across seasons.

    Steam distilled

    Distilled with low-pressure steam under temperature control, so the turmerones carry over without being cooked. Yield is a few percent of rhizome weight — reported per batch, never guaranteed.

  3. Partner processing facility

    Settled, filtered and dried

    The oil is separated from the distillation water, allowed to settle, then filtered and dried. Drums are filled and the headspace is purged with nitrogen.

  4. Independent testing lab

    GC-MS tested independently

    Every batch goes to an independent accredited laboratory for a full GC-MS turmerone profile, plus heavy metals and pesticide residues. That certificate of analysis travels with the drum.

Every batch is tested by independent, NABL-accredited third-party laboratories — not an in-house bench. On buyer request, testing is placed with an internationally recognised name. The laboratory is named on the certificate of analysis for your batch.
