This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies used by Vistarah's website. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

The website uses two first-party cookies that are always on (language preference and consent state), and - only with consent - Google Tag Manager for configured measurement and advertising tags, Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho PageSense, which may set their own cookies and similar storage. The website runs no online-payment cookies and no account-session cookies.

vg-locale is a first-party language-preference cookie. It is set only when a visitor chooses a language, uses SameSite=Lax, applies to the website path, and is configured for up to one year. It remembers the chosen language so the visitor is not redirected based only on browser language on the next visit.

vg-consent is a first-party cookie that records whether the visitor accepted or declined optional cookies, so the banner is not shown again on every visit. It uses SameSite=Lax and is configured for up to one year.

Both store a user-requested preference and are not used for advertising or analytics.

A consent banner is shown on the first visit. Google Tag Manager may load configured measurement and advertising tags, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity, Bing/UET, LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel/CAPI browser events and Zoho CRM visitor tracking. Zoho SalesIQ (live chat and visitor context) and Zoho PageSense (on-site analytics, including heatmaps and funnel measurement) also load only after the visitor accepts, and not at all if the visitor declines.

When loaded, these providers may set their own first- and third-party cookies and similar storage under their notices and Vistarah's service-provider configuration. Declining, or clearing the vg-consent cookie, stops them loading on the next visit.

The booking scheduler and the contact-page map are click-to-load. Vistarah does not load either iframe automatically on page load.

If a visitor chooses to load one, Zoho or Google may set or read third-party cookies and collect request data under their own notices and Vistarah's service-provider configuration.

Before production activation, Vistarah should confirm the embed URLs, Zoho region, DPA, cookie behavior and whether additional consent or prior notice is required for target jurisdictions.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing the vg-consent cookie, which brings the banner back, or by declining in the banner. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings.

The website does not sell personal information. Optional advertising or retargeting cookies are loaded only after consent where configured.

If embedded media, payment or other non-essential technologies are added later, this policy and the website controls must be updated before those technologies are deployed.
