Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective date 01 September 2026 · Last updated 01 October 2026

This page is published in English only. The English text is the authoritative version.

1. Scope

This policy explains how Vistarah Global Private Limited ("Vistarah", "we", "us" or "our") processes, ships and delivers Goods, Products and Services ordered through the Website or supplied under a written Transaction Agreement, domestically and internationally.

The Website currently operates primarily as an enquiry and quotation platform. A "Transaction Agreement" means a written quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, supply agreement, export contract or other written commercial document issued by Vistarah or accepted in writing by an authorised representative of Vistarah. If this policy conflicts with the applicable Transaction Agreement, the Transaction Agreement controls the relevant shipment.

2. Order Processing Time

For orders, processing begins when the applicable Transaction Agreement conditions, documentation and payment requirements have been satisfied. Processing times, dispatch dates and any required confirmations will be communicated in the applicable order confirmation or Transaction Agreement.

Orders or shipments are not dispatched until Vistarah has completed the checks and requirements applicable to the relevant transaction. Dispatch may not occur on weekends or public holidays where this affects the carrier or facility schedule.

3. Shipping Destinations

We may ship to destinations in India and other international destinations, subject to product availability, carrier limitations, regulatory requirements, import restrictions, sanctions, export controls and the applicable Transaction Agreement. We may decline or restrict shipments to destinations where lawful or practical delivery cannot be reasonably arranged.

4. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Costs

Available shipping methods, carriers, packaging arrangements, freight costs, insurance, handling charges and delivery services depend on the destination, Goods, dimensions, weight, route, carrier availability and the applicable order confirmation or Transaction Agreement. For B2B export transactions, these matters are quoted or agreed separately and are not guaranteed by general Website information.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as binding in the applicable Transaction Agreement. Transit times exclude order-processing time and may be affected by customs clearance, documentation, inspections, carrier delays, weather, port congestion and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Charges (International Orders)

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage, clearance fees, permits and other destination-country charges, unless the applicable Transaction Agreement or agreed Incoterm assigns those responsibilities differently. Any such charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable Transaction Agreement and agreed Incoterm. You must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable customs and delivery requirements assigned to you under the applicable Incoterms and Transaction Agreement. We recommend checking the destination country's import rules before ordering or entering into a transaction.

Refusal or failure to pay destination charges, provide required information, obtain import clearance or accept delivery may result in delay, return, storage, disposal or other carrier action. Associated costs and any refund consequences will be handled in accordance with the applicable Transaction Agreement and related policies, and may be charged or deducted as permitted by those documents.

7. Incoterms & Risk of Loss

The Incoterm applicable to a shipment will be the Incoterm expressly agreed in the applicable Transaction Agreement. Title, risk of loss, delivery, insurance and responsibility for the Goods pass in accordance with that Incoterm and the Transaction Agreement. No default Incoterm is established by this policy.

8. Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number or shipment reference may be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may take time to appear or update, and the carrier's tracking information remains subject to the carrier's systems and conditions.

9. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, incorrect or incomplete information, port or warehouse congestion, regulatory action, import or export restrictions, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The applicable Transaction Agreement may contain additional delay or force-majeure provisions.

10. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

You must provide accurate consignee, delivery, contact and import information and promptly cooperate with reasonable delivery requirements. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrectly supplied or incomplete details, refusal of delivery, failure to obtain clearance, failure to pay assigned charges or failure to cooperate with the carrier or authorities. Re-shipping, storage, return and related costs caused by incorrect details are the customer's responsibility.

11. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us promptly at support@vistarahglobal.com so that we can investigate with the carrier, insurer or logistics provider and arrange a resolution. Please use this address for grievances, loss or damage claims, and other high-priority shipment issues.

Unless the applicable Transaction Agreement specifies a different period, visible damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery and non-delivery should be reported within 14 days after the expected delivery date. Any resolution remains subject to the applicable Transaction Agreement, carrier requirements, inspection evidence and available insurance or remedies.

12. Restricted & Prohibited Items

Certain Goods cannot be shipped to certain destinations because of export controls, import restrictions, sanctions, product regulations, carrier policies or other legal requirements. We reserve the right to decline, suspend or cancel any shipment that cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination. Any refund, replacement, cancellation or other consequence will be handled under the applicable Transaction Agreement and related policies.
